The Australian Bush Flower essences are an amazing supportive and healing tool. They can be safely used on any animal from cats, dogs, horses, chickens, birds and even guinea pigs. The essences can be used to support illness, stress, trauma, emotions, behavioural issues, settling into a new home, transitioning through life stages and even helping with the peaceful transition of death. Pet owners can also benefit from taking essences while the pet is also taking them. Using Australian Bush Flower Essences when your pet is receiving other treatment is also a great way to give them extra support during the process, whether this is for helping them to calm in stressful situations like vet visits and treatments or helping them to process fears and emotional turmoil.

The Bush Flower Essences can be given singly or in a blend of 3 or more to help a particular issue. I know from personal experience that they are very effective in activating healing change in behaviors and illnesses. I have been using them on my own dogs over the last few years and on many of my clients’ pets as well. The extra support for them makes such a big difference.

The Bush Flower Essences are very easy to administer and pets generally take them very easily. they are given orally by either squirting directly into the mouth, licking off the hand or placing in food or water.

Emergency Essence - Milo’s Story

You may or may not know what these amazing little bottles of goodness are, Australian Bush Flower Essences. I use them in my Kinesiology practice with animals and people and have been using them for myself, my family and most especially my own dogs now for years.

Milo my 9-year-old Rottweiler has been having little episodes, where her eyes glaze over, she pants, constantly licks her lips, and snaps her mouth and then starts to drool, paces and gets very agitated. All signs of her in distress. They have been getting more frequent recently and come out of the blue. Vets haven’t been able to pinpoint what is happening as they never get to see what she goes through as they usually happen at night. When she comes out of them she is completely normal again. Originally the vet thought she was having issues with her heart. This is still a possibility as she has a heart murmur but I am now beginning to think she might be having very mild neurological seizures.

This is where the Bush Flower Essences have come into their own with how I am managing Milo and her symptoms. When I notice her symptoms starting to escalate if I am able to quicky dose her with Emergency Essence she will come out of the episode within 20mins and settle within herself and drop off to sleep. The few times where I haven’t realized what was happening with her it lasted for a full 24 hours before I started to give her the essence and as soon as I did again it settled very quickly.

Emergency Essence is a combination of 7 different essences that help with shock, crisis situations, emotional upset, helps with calming and grounding, helps the body cope, and find courage when facing difficulties.

I find if my dogs are experiencing any sort of intense pain a dose of emergency essence will help them relax and work through that pain. Essences like this work on both the physical body and the emotional body. They can be taken orally or sprayed on the animal’s skin.

I will not ever be without these amazing natural health tools in my kit. They are a very energetic, physical, and emotional support for both people and animals. Because our animals are super sensitive little souls they tend to respond to the essences in some pretty amazing ways like Milo.

Please understand this essence is my go-to for a lot of situations but it does not take the place of seeing a vet when it is necessary. Emergency essence is my first port of call to help things at home before I make the call, that yes a vet is still needed. It is also a great essence to help with calmness when your pet gets super stressed out going to the vet.
